This particular role is a maternity cover position. They seek an Associate Director. The role majors in bespoke quant (ad hoc and tracking) and you will get the opportunity to work across a portfolio of clients within the public and private sector. The majority of the role will be working with public sector clients so having an interest in current affairs and the political landscape will stand you in good stead. They being said they are open to speaking to people who have the right skills rather than focusing on the sectors you have worked in, in the past.
What is essential this that you have strong hands-on agency experience which includes building strong client relationships, managing people, taking the lead on projects and providing insight and advice for clients. You should be as passionate as they are about innovative and bespoke solutions that tackle clients’ complex challenges and also have the ability to present ‘the story’ to senior client audiences.
