You have to still love the research process and interfacing with the people but you will not need to be worried about getting your findings  being actioned as you will be part of the team that do that also.  As part of the research team, you’ll get to embed, build and see how your research is driving better strategy. From TV shows to brands, new product development to marketing strategy, as part of a Consumer Group there is a wealth of variety to encourage innovative research approaches.

 What you’ll do:

  • Work across all stages of ad hoc qualitative research projects from briefing through to debrief whilst working in partnership with stakeholders from a diverse mix of business priorities across  content, products and marketing
  • Play an active role in the research industry, keeping up to date with the latest thinking and methodological advances
  • Advocate the voice of the customer through compelling communications of insight beyond the debrief
  • Deliver relevant, clear and engaging recommendations based on project findings
  • Uncover insight through the use of our longitudinal community
