This thriving start-up has now been in business 4 years and is revolutionising the way that consultants and investors access critical knowledge to make better investment decisions. The operationsal side of their team, responsible for running larger surveys (as opposed to expert interview led research) is growing and becoming an increasingly important offering to clients. This team now seek a Survey Associate to support their work.
You will enjoy taking on responsibility and will have good levels of direct client contact from the start of the process through to the handing over of data sets – advising and liaising on a daily basis to ensure clients build effective surveys. You will manage communications between survey (panel) providers and clients.
You will be an analytical thinker, who thrives on solving problems and working with urgency. You will appreciate the autonomous environment and have your eye on the numerical & data areas too. You will be comfortable scripting complex surveys – anything from 5 to 40 questions – in Confirmit, qualtrics or similar.
