Our client seeks a bright and curious entry level associate researcher with an interest in corporate reputation, communications and branding, and how these influence marketplace performance and risk. These reputation specialists resolve client challenges and improve client perceptions by planning and building research programmes that analyse data and garner insights to advise their clients on strategy and decision making.
You will receive formal training to develop a good base knowledge of the company and its corporate reputation and comms products and services but you’ll also be hands on with research projects from day one, learning from the training department, peers and seniors in your team. You will quickly become an expert in client management and presentation skills.
The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal skills and a desire to build lasting client relationships. You will be synthesizing complex data sets so are likely to have some academic experience of using SPSS, Python or similar. You’ll be a natural problem solver, keen to meet and exceed client expectations. You are likely to have a degree in business, communications or social sciences.
