Owner and Director of the business, Andrew joined the founder in 1996 from a background in engineering recruitment and the Monster jobs board. Andrew looks after senior appointments from Research Director level upwards, across all areas.
Owner and Director of the business. Andrew joined in 2004 and quickly acclimatised to recruitment in the MR sector as he was previously a researcher working at HPI. Andrew’s whole family worked in MR as he was growing up so he had a great grasp of the industry. Andrew looks after appointments from Senior Research Executive up to Research Director level, across all areas.
Caroline joined Spalding Goobey in 2006. A consummate professional, working in the marketing space all of her career. Caroline works across all levels but we particularly value her precision and experience in managing clientside engagements, as they require a dedicated approach.
Vishal joined in 2014, previously working in the research industry at Flamingo and Future Thinking. He quickly acclimatised to recruitment, taking charge of all project management, operational and field appointments. Vishal has also become a natural at recruiting to digital and social media roles, particularly in the areas of social media listening and analytics.
Rebecca joined in 2008 and is the beating heart of the business. Rebecca manages all diarising, marketing, project management, the website and all other administrative projects.
Jo was an intern at The Whitehouse but decided her true destiny was to work here instead. Jo has been with Spalding Goobey since the beginning and has many hats. Jo manages candidate resourcing and finance, as well as supporting recruitment function across the board.
Danielle joined in 2017 as our administrative assistant from her previous role at the South London Press. Danielle supports all recruitment activity, from resourcing to screening and interview scheduling.
