This is a great business doing vital opinion and social research in complex environments around the world. They work in fragile states with often hard to reach audiences and in areas where taking a sounding of what people thinking is crucial for the peace agenda. Namely to evaluate aid interventions and communication campaigns and help inform policy making. Their clients tends to be divisions of Governments both home and abroad NGOs and private sector anthropological organisations.

In these times of Geopolitical tension there work has never been more important and as a result they are busier than ever. A fair amount of their work drives at understanding  the power axis and how this plays out in different populations in Africa ,the middle east and now sadly of course central Europe. You will work on primary research mixed methods, public opinion projects of citizens across the world covering some of the most important contemporary issues such as security, democracy and development.

You will play a critical role in our business and actively contribute to their  growth, people and client strategies.   You will direct research projects to a high standard providing oversight, guidance, quality assurance, editing and sign off of all stages .Take responsibility for timely and effective delivery and overall quality. Deliver briefs and responses to RFIs for our clients.

You will be expected Contribute to the financial success of the team by winning business and developing relationships but immediate the focus is to deliver what they have. You will Communicate with clients, stakeholders and partners, including negotiating with suppliers and clients. Provide guidance and counsel to the team of SREs and REs working across the projects.   And manage the team resource.

You will need excellent quant research skills across the project life cycle together with the ability to develop methodological and policy specialisms. You are likely to have an understanding of strategic communications activity and previous experience in the assessments space
