They seek an experienced and motivated Associate Director who wants to stretch themselves in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment. You will play an integral role in leading, executing and delivering global insight, innovation and strategy projects. You will also have a strong track record in growing client relationships and you will enjoy helping more junior team members of the team to flourish. Associate Director’s also play an active role in helping shape and develop the company’s growth, building on their collaborative and inclusive company culture, and looking for ways to help them develop in a positive and human-centric way.
The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in insight, innovation &/or brand strategy, this is likely to have been in an agency environment but client side experience will be of strong interest as well. Those that have worked in other areas of the marketing mix that can show a passion and desire for this type of work would also be considered.
