Highly respected research agency specialising in the issue-based, international and socio-political space seeks an additional researcher to serve their growing trade and portfolio of clients.
Using quantitative and qualitative methods, they work on international public opinion research of citizens across the world covering some of the most important contemporary issues (security, democracy, development, etc.) often involving fragile and conflict environments and in particular in the Middle East.
There is plenty of opportunity to experience non-Western countries and cultures including some travel to a great variety of locations. You will be active across all stages from proposal to presentation including managing surveys and focus groups, analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will have experience from a market or social research agency and have an interest in political and public opinion polling.
Fascinated by the relationship between public opinion and political, military, economic, social, and development-related issues, these are all areas you will be looking to bring into your analysis.
This is a small and busy office, so this role would suit someone who is ‘up for it’ and would thrive on being given responsibility, trust, is happy to muck in and do what’s needed to get the project done.
