Your specialism to date will be in qualitative research project management as this role is responsible for ensuring research projects are delivered to the highest standards whilst encouraging others to produce outstanding work.
Key Responsibilities
- project management of qualitative research working closely with the client facing teams
- successfully manage suppliers and service level agreements.
- play a key role in broader project teams which could be client facing in some circumstances.
- ensure that the team successfully manage projects and activities so that they are prioritised and delivered on time and within budget.
- create and implement agreed criteria for when PM should and shouldn’t be involved in projects
- line manage and mentor team members in their development and career progression.
Any background or experience in B2B research and managing quality assurance processes would be a great advantage.
