This is a highly visible opportunity at a new age insights, customer experience and strategy business.
Focusing on building strategic partnerships and being an ambassador of the company’s reputation externally and to directly drive existing opportunities to their best outcome.
Working with the teams that face out on new business but leading the internal delivery piece will be your remit.
You will make sure that what is won is delivered in a way that will lead to greater opportunities and share of insight spend with a list of brilliant clients in retail, finance and consumer manufacturers. You should get a buzz out of growing accounts and inspiring teams to deliver top quality meaningful insights that can move the dial on your clients’ objectives.
You will build credibility with existing clients through consultative, expert hands on advisory support on presentations and workshops and help the management team ensure that the proposals that leave the business are on point and can be delivered upon. You will be the gate keeper around quality with clients and strive for continuous improvement around outputs and outcomes to ~up the game~ on the clients’ experience.
It will fall to you to lead and support the people development need of the team and your abilities here will motivate and inspire retain the talent already present in the business. You will drive high performance and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
You will need to be a quant research literate AD or director who could be reaching up into these responsibilities or someone who has a bit more experience and can make the budget work. Whichever you are you should be motivated by commercial and management challenges to succeed in this role.
