The Role
Due to growth, they now seek a Quantitative researcher to join the team. As an Associate you are expected to make a significant contribution and add value to individual research projects as well as ongoing client accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively involved in responding to briefs, managing multiple stakeholders and collating opinions to reach an agreed consensus on the business challenge.
- Development and practical application of business focused solutions to client briefs
- Identification of key insights to ensure that research assists business solutions.
- Delivering impact through both content (written and visual) and presentation style
- Communicating research findings into commercial language
- Synthesis of multiple data sources into actionable insights
- Effectively managing clients’ expectations by regular dialogue and follow ups on each project and building strong relationships
- Effectively manage projects to scope, time and budget
- Working with the Project Manager and other colleagues to cost projects
The person
You’ll have solid quantitative ad hoc research agency experience. You’ll be skilled at questionnaire design, script checking and data checking as well as basic analysis and will have strong project management skills. You are likely to be a current Senior Research Executive looking for your next step in a strategic agency that values employees and has an outstanding reputation for career development.
