The role

 

We are looking for a highly-skilled quantitative researcher and pro-active and compelling communicator to join the growing insights team as a Senior Research Manager/Research Director. This role offers fantastic opportunities for a curious and ambitious person willing to learn and support others by playing a leading role in delivering high value insights projects for cutting-edge clients who are shaping the future.

 

The role requires a demonstrable track record of designing and managing quantitative surveys, data analysis skills and high-quality management of complex projects. Sound methodological competence across other research methods is a must as you drive projects from conception to completion; the ability to work flexibly, iteratively and in some cases without a clear client brief is also essential. You will work with our methodological specialists in qualitative research, data science and strategy to deliver game-changing insights.

 

What you’ll bring to the role

 

  • Strong expertise in using quantitative data and evidence to help business decision-making
  • Excellent, precise and compelling communications skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to understand and lead on research projects, identify challenges and solutions
  • Ability to deliver high quality, precision and details in tight timeframes
  • Curiosity and understanding of the role of information and communication in driving the behaviour of people, organisations and societies
  • A high level of IT and digital literacy, particularly with preparing and delivering client ready materials presentations, and data analysis packages e.g. Python, Stata etc
