Our client continues to enjoy extremely consistent growth. The business continues to go from strength to strength and for this reason they are keen to add a senior research manager to the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the B2B Tech sector but those without B2B or Tech experience will still be strongly considered. At this level it will be assumed that you have strong end to end research experience:

  • Proposal Writing
  • Research Design
  • End-to-end project management
  • Analysis
  • Presenting
  • Commercial and “bigger picture” mind-set
  • Confidence and rapport in client-facing situations

They understand that people can have strengths in different areas and they are keen to accommodate this in the role. They are therefore open to people that have interest/experience in one or more of:

  • Line Management
  • Account/Business Development
  • Innovation (developing new products and services, or designing or improving client offerings)

As a Senior Research Manager you will:

  • Support AD/D’s
  • Be responsible for client satisfaction on projects
  • Be involved in larger and more complex projects.
  • Work fairly independently from the AD/D’s
  • Be able to make decisions on your own projects and those you are supervising.

This is a specialist consultancy who provides robust and rigorous research and insight to the technology sector. They have a superb reputation amongst long standing and loyal clients who come to them for their sector knowledge and their expertise. You will be working with technology companies and their PR agencies across a range of topic areas including communications, market metrics, brand engagement, customer research and thought leadership.

They are a very flexible company. They have a Berkshire base but want the right person. To accommodate this they look for people to be in the office at least 20% of the time, this suggests one day a week but you could do two days in a week and none the following week, you just need to on average be in 20% of the time!

This is a chance to work in an exciting company where your voice will be heard and you can make a genuine and lasting impact on the company and your career. If this sounds as good to you as it does to us we would love to tell you more!
