The role
They are looking for a highly-skilled researcher who is currently at SRE or RM level, you will need to have experience in quantitative research but any qual would also be appreciated. This role offers fantastic opportunities for a curious and ambitious person willing to learn and support others by playing a leading role in delivering high value insights projects for cutting-edge clients who are shaping the future.
The role requires a demonstrable track record of designing and managing quantitative surveys, data analysis skills and high-quality management of complex projects. Sound methodological competence across other research methods is a must as you drive projects from conception to completion; the ability to work flexibly, iteratively and in some cases without a clear client brief is also essential. You will work with their methodological specialists in qualitative research, data science and strategy to deliver game-changing insights.

- Strong expertise in using quantitative data and evidence to help business decision-making
- Ability to understand and lead on research projects, identify challenges and solutions
- Ability to deliver high quality, precision and detail across the project lifecycle
- Curiosity and understanding of the role of information and communication in driving the behaviour of people, organisations and societies
- A high level of IT and digital literacy and basic data analysis and visualisation packages
- Curiosity and understanding of the role of information and communication in the behaviour of people, organisations and societies, and the development of innovative methodologies to understand this behaviour.
