They seek a mixed-methods Research Manager to join the team and manage a programme of research, evaluation, and analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, designing and executing quantitative and qualitative research projects from design to delivery
- Working with and managing colleagues and external partners where needed.
- Translating strategic insights into clear practical recommendations and driving improvements
- Evaluating the impact of clients’ services against key criteria, developing evaluation strategies and assisting them to understand how they can increase their impact.
- Developing client relationships
- Support directors to win work from new and existing clients
