Our client is going from strength to strength. Based in the north of England they have bought into the new world and are open to people who want to work remotely, in the office or a bit of both. They are looking to expand the team once more and add and Operations Manager to the team, to oversee their Data Services Team.
The role of the Operations Manager is a pivotal position within the business and will involve working closely with research teams and other members of the data team. The ideal candidate will have experience in script creation and production of data tables and analysis platforms as well as line management experience. Previous working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and SQL (general queries, writing stored procedures, CTE’s, views) will be required. Experience with R, Python and VBA would also be an advantage. You’ll be skilled in making sense of large volumes of data.
You will support the data services team members as well as advising the wider business on data collection and processing. The successful candidate will have strong experience with data collection platforms and feel at home with handling complex, visually engaging online surveys, as well as being able to develop systems to automate the format, analysis & transfer of data.
