This highly rated group of thinkers are the research eyes and ears for many of the UK's most creative advertising and communication agencies.
They currently seek a Resource Manager, someone who can be a safe pair of hands resourcing projects, seize the reins and steer the team in the right direction! You’ll come from a market research background with resource management experience. You’ll enjoy working at pace, problem solving and developing procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Professionalize project management – implement a new software system
- Resource live projects/resource new briefs + proposals
- Join initial client calls for new briefs + proposals
- Proofread proposals (check costs)
- Liaise with international partners in market (availability/timeline/RFQ’s)
- Liaise with researchers and fieldwork team
- Manage freelancers: check their credentials/keep up to date with their availability/set project expectations/share our deliverable expectations/set up and share ‘freelancer pack’ examples of previous work/our templates
- Contribute to directional strategic recommendations – can a project run smoothly, are there any barriers/how can they be solved
