This progressive and exciting start-up agency are using generative AI to revolutionize the brand strategy and insights space. Two years in to their journey, they are growing at pace, attracting top calibre clients to their offering. They work with multinational clients across a broad range of sectors to support them with their brand strategies. Projects range from product innovation, brand and customer communications, brand positioning and consumer and cultural trends.
The Role
You will train with two senior members of the team to learn the ropes in all areas of the business. You will support your seniors with the full research project life cycle from client proposal to set up and delivery of the insights. You will have a good amount of client contact early on – guiding your clients through the process and explaining each step, to maximise the relevant outputs for them in order to add value to their brand journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work side-by-side with two very talented senior researchers and their team.The majority of the data used is qualitative in nature but some experience of Excel would be useful.
The person
You will be a curious self-starter with a genuine interest in consumer insights, brands and cultural trends as well as in the use of AI in the insights space. You may be a recent graduate or already have some market research and cultural / consumer trends experience. Either way you are likely to have a degree in psychology, cultural analysis, anthropology or behavioural science. Good communication skills and critical thinking are important too. This is a hybrid role, based in Waterloo two days per week or more when required.
