They help companies to understand their ranking in relation to peers and to accelerate their AI strategy by creating an index that is syndicated throughout the banking and payments vertical. They have a cutting-edge research team that uses the latest techniques in machine learning to build faster and better data collection and analysis tools. They have a strong team of analysts in support.
In the newly created role of Head of Research, you will be responsible for creating content based on the findings of the Index and be reactive and proactive in owning the thought leadership in new developments and opportunities in their space. Leveraging the data, you will produce original research insights spanning ideation, research design, hypothesis testing, analysis, authorship. You will build and maintain key relationships with opinion leaders and subject matter experts to add a qualitative dimension to your understanding and communicate key takeaways from ongoing analysis in a crisp, informed, and engaging voice. You will partner closely with client strategists to define a current point-of-view and consensus.
We are looking for candidates who exhibit intense intellectual curiosity and a passion for data-driven storytelling. You will author trends updates and answer key client’s questions around your subject and validate the companies point-of-view to stay ahead of the evolving industry zeitgeist. The ideal candidate will blend extensive experience in the financial services sector and demonstrable research acumen with technical expertise acquired through work either at a research firm, management consultancy, and/or a global bank. Successful candidates will demonstrate equal comfort with quantitative (data) and qualitative (interview) methods and sources.
