Our client seeks a senior leader to build and maintain existing and new pipeline with clients across the financial service sector: including insurers, banks wealth management companies and Fintech ventures.
You will have a highly developed research & insight knowledge, gained within the financial services clients field, as well as management capability. Experienced in being part of a senior leadership team and comfortable having accountability for revenues, high-profile strategic initiatives, and a high-performing team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the team to ensure they consistently meet expected performance targets against revenue and company compliance.
The current offer of this business revolves around brand and comms understanding and customer experience work so significant experience in these fields are essential. As a leader you will shape the strategy in the FS vertical and continue to develop and promote the existing tools of the business, which include a syndicated banking study and thought leader tools in brand and cx.
You will of course bring the courage and confidence that comes with a commercial mindset and be able to illustrate your experience in outstanding client servicing & delivery.
Over time you will cascade the successful formulas throughout the global practise and help skill up the capability throughout the EU and Americas teams to get in the running for Global accounts. This is a tech-enabled people business, not just a platform so you should be up to date with technology used in the service of great work.
You should be able to be “ hands on” with methods across qualitative and quantitative methods, in particular quantitative and be highly experienced in pitching to C-suite audiences. You must also be able to illustrate the power of doing things right and be seen as a key and trusted advisor.
As well as the delivery team you will be supported by an internal Marketing & PR team but you will guide them to create a clear outreach strategy that helps drive growth through leads and improved pipeline. This person will play a key influential role in setting the culture of the Global team, fostering a focus on continuous innovation, client obsession, and service excellence.
