Quantitative Associate Director – Brave, Strategic, Great Culture

Location: London
Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 + benefits
Job type: Permanent
Reference: 965250a

We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic, award-winning insights consultancy as they look to add a Quantitative Associate Director to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established insight business, working across a fascinating portfolio of clients. The focus will be on consumer research with a little social and B2B for some extra spice!

The Role

You'll be joining a busy and successful team, working on a mix of bespoke ad hoc and tracking projects. This role would suit someone with a strong grounding in quant research who enjoys getting into the detail of the data, digging into issues, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality throughout.

You'll take the lead on projects end to end, from proposal and pitch through to delivery of clear, actionable, and genuinely insightful reporting. Strong client relationship skills are essential — our client is looking for someone who can grow existing accounts and contribute to new business alongside the wider team.

Beyond day-to-day delivery, our client is also keen to hear from candidates who like to think bigger picture — identifying new tools, technologies, and ways of working that can improve efficiency and add long-term value to the business.

You'll work closely with colleagues across qual, digital, and creative teams, in a collaborative, fast-paced, and genuinely supportive environment that offers real scope for progression.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong quantitative research background
  • Solid grounding in ad-hoc & tracking studies
  • Confidence working with complex datasets and investigating issues as they arise
  • Proven ability to lead projects across the full lifecycle
  • Strong proposal writing and pitching experience
  • A natural relationship-builder, able to work in genuine partnership with clients
  • Broad knowledge of research methodologies and analysis techniques
  • A confident storyteller, able to bring data to life with clarity
  • Curious, ambitious, and driven to make a genuine difference for clients
  • Sharp attention to detail and a self-starting attitude
