This pioneering loyalty and customer strategy business have been blazing a trail in this buoyant and active area of insight. They are a long established business with a high end reputation and have recently re-energised and reinvested, making this an exciting time to join them.

 

They seek a Director to head up and lead a division that runs the ad-hoc consulting business and that sits beside and distinct from their largest long standing account that makes this a secure and well-funded outfit for someone who backs themselves to lead a growing part of the business. 

 

You will have a financial research specialist working with you so it would be good if your own sector home ground is complimentary to this and you should have a strong grasp of customer experience or loyalty to add depth to the company’s beliefs and thought leadership

 

This is a great opportunity to lead a busy team across sectors managing and taking responsibility for an ambitious growth plan and benefiting directly from your own application and achievements and not feel like you are working for the machine!

 

You will be the ‘go to’ person for the accounts with both commercial and team management responsibilities, including advising on questionnaire development, sample design, analysis and reporting so we need someone who has risen through the ranks in research and can still be involved. 

 

Although supported by a highly capable team who run the day to day activities, your will be expected to contribute to interpret the findings in line with project objectives, client/competitor business context etc. and construct meaningful, insightful conclusions and insights.

 

With solid market research experience preferably including some customer experience or loyalty exposure, you will be joining an agency with a close knit, family feel with enviable staff retention and plenty of support from true industry experts who actively encourage independent thinking and collegiate input into both their commercial and technical road map.

 

This is a leadership role for someone with technical know-how in research. Working with an inspiring, warm and knowledgeable senior team, this is a key hire in a drive to help grow this already successful customer experience and engagement consultancy.
