Digital Media giant - home to some of the UK’s best loved publishers, websites, news channels and magazines seeks a new recruit at entry level to join an established and award winning market  insights team.

The team sits centrally in the organisation and works across a diverse range of projects including campaign evaluation, sales pitches, consumer and audience trends, brand tracking and supporting new product development. The Insight Executive will play an important role in supporting the growth and retention of advertising revenue. You will enjoy analysing and interpreting different types of information, and pulling it together into actionable reports and presentations.

Working in a fast paced, exciting media environment, you will love turning numbers into compelling storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for media, advertising and understanding consumer behaviour.

 Overall responsibilities:

  • Analysing and interpreting a wider variety of advertising and audience data sets
  • Support the sales teams by using insight and data to prove the value of our audience to advertisers
  • Work closely with the content solutions planning team to fuse insight through the creative planning process
  • Create presentations using insight and data
  • Supporting other members of the team on research projects including questionnaire design, project management, analysis and reporting
  • Regular reporting for senior management
  • Supporting the business with ad hoc requests for insight

 Skills and experience:

  • Experience of interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
  • Digitally minded
  • Ability to present insights in an authoritative, engaging and enthusiastic way
  • A team player
  • Some Experience (although not essential) of  research tools, media measurement data, digital analytics systems
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
  • A strong passion for media, advertising and marketing
  • Strong communication skills
