A wonderful opportunity to join a global kids and families research agency in a pivotal role. Working in a fun and vibrant, varied and exciting environment, this consultancy would welcome kids researchers to apply, however they would love to hear from agency researchers interested in working with children and adults; finding out what drives their everyday interactions -what brings characters and programmes to life, what constitutes a really great restaurant design, how genZ navigates its way through apps and websites, how kids interact with toys and games, their eating habits and much more. Working for a blue-chip consumer brands, our client is looking for individuals who are passionate about research, curious about human behaviour and enthusiastic to conduct research with kids.
You will be working in an established London based research team. This role has been created to support the Director and you will ultimately be responsible for the successful delivery of qual and quant research projects. You will be designing, managing and delivering research projects from end-to-end, overseeing researchers and ensuring project objectives are met. Managing internal resource and clients, writing proposals and costing work and managing multiple projects concurrently means we require seasoned market research agency professionals, ideally bringing both qual and quant experience, (or one or other with strong interest and exposure to the other). You role requires expertise across multiple research methodologies, including desk-based research, depth interviewing, survey design, focus groups, qualitative and quantitative data analysis and creation of insightful and engaging research outputs.
Skills required:
Researcher - natural curiosity and a tenacious approach. Solid expertise in primary research is essential along with the ability to translate research into actionable insights
Communication Skills - well-honed ability to communicate effectively with respondents, clients and colleagues is absolutely key. Report writing and the ability to brings insights to life
Organisational skills - experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
Team Player
