As a dedicated research and advisory firm for reputation, they provide reputation measurement, benchmarking and consulting services to hundreds of the best-known companies globally to help them protect their reputations, analyse risks and drive competitive advantage. Client projects include Brand and Reputation, Corporate Communications efficacy, Reputation Risk, Stakeholder profiling and prioritisation.
Expansion of the London office driven by new business wins alongside a very loyal client base sees them investing in new hires to ensure the continued delivery of best in class insights to the business community. Working alongside the Client Service Directors, everything's in place for you to enhance your consultancy skill-set and become an expert in the reputation economy.
Building on your client consulting experience from a leading management consulting, market research or strategic advisory firm you will be confident in front of clients and be keen to roll up your sleeves in a growing business. Comfortable with the data and analysis aspects of the role including involvement in their flagship research studies, you will be looking to develop your skills further in insights and client management. Your solid commercial understanding will be matched by your determination to unearth the insights that will captivate the minds of true blue chip clients.
