Our client is a fast growing strategy and communications consultancy. They have run some of the most transformative marketing, political, corporate and government affairs campaigns of recent times. They seek to add a further research focused strategist at Consultant level to their growing team.
Their approach is based on combining their expertise in behavioural insight, analytics, highly focused strategy, and communications to help clients at the highest levels of industry, government and media.
Research is at the heart of their campaign strategy; they use field research and advanced scientific modelling to find and understand the irrational human emotions that dictate decision making and group trends. Each client challenge has a unique discovery. They know what is really going on, so are confident to catalyse positive change and exceptional campaigns.
They are looking to add a junior consultant to their research and insights team whose core responsibility is to deliver inisghts into the hands to account managers and clients. You will:
- Manage the design and delivery of small-to-medium sized research projects with support of senior colleagues.
- Play a key role in supporting senior colleagues with larger more complex research projects.
- Questionnaire design for quantitative projects and scripting of surveys in house (no coding or scripting experience required)
- Supporting on the delivery of qualitative projects, such as focus group and one-to-one interview logistics (with opportunities to develop qualitative skills further)
- Work with the team to develop and enhance the quality and best practices in quantitative research, upskilling more junior colleagues in quantitative research practices
- Helping to disseminate data and insights into the campaign and public affairs teams
- Supporting in presenting insights to clients or internal teams.
- Contributing to organic growth and new business efforts
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to see the big picture and think strategically about the biggest problems facing the UK today, from climate change to the energy crisis. They will be willing to work across teams providing support beyond the traditional end of a research project, providing continued consultation on the insights provided.
